How many Christmas Cookies are there per bucket?

Each 2 litre bucket of Christmas Cookies contains a minimum of 600 grams - that's approximately 85 fresh and yummy cookies per bucket!

Christmas Cookies come in three delicious flavours:
- Cranberry & White Chocolate: The sumptuous taste of a Kiwi Christmas - an extra special Christmassy mix of deep red cranberries and creamy rich white chocolate. With a luxurious sweetness that makes you go back for more.
- Chocolate Chip: The classic taste of a Kiwi Christmas – our iconic Chocolate Chip mini cookies with a generous serve of chocolate chips - one is never enough!
- Apricot Chocolate: The fruitful taste of a Kiwi Christmas – rich dark chocolate chips, contrasting with the delicious flavour of apricots - 5 (handfuls) of these and you have eaten your 5 pieces of fruit for the day! Although the Christmas Cookies recipe itself does not include nuts of any type, the manufacturing equipment we use also processes products that contain both peanuts and tree nuts. Unfortunately we are unable to completely eliminate the possibility traces of peanuts and tree nuts being present in Christmas Cookies.

Do Christmas Cookies contain any additives?

At Cookie Time we like to use wholesome ingredients similar to what you would use at home if you were baking. To ensure they taste great we choose premium ingredients and ensure they are the freshest we can get. We don't directly add any preservatives, emulsifiers or colours (artificial or natural). We use natural vanilla flavour in our Christmas Cookies just as you might add vanilla essence to your baking. Some of the ingredients we use, such as the chocolate, dried apricots and dried cranberries contain additives, just as the chocolate and dried apricots and cranberries do which you would use at home. To make sure our customers know exactly what they are munching on, we label our Christmas Cookies with a comprehensive ingredient list showing all the ingredients that are in the cookies and what the ingredients are made up of too.

There are a number of ways to get your Christmas Cookies this Christmas:
Visited by a seller with free samples
Christmas Cookies sellers will visit most workplaces around New Zealand with free samples and invite you to place an order for Christmas Cookies. You can either place an order at the time with the seller or fax in the order form your seller will leave with you (handy if there are any staff not in at the time). The fax order form needs to be filled in and faxed back to the seller by the specified due date. If your seller has not left a form, please phone Christmas Cookies HQ on 0800 XCOOKIE (0800 9266543) and we will send a form out to you.

How do I get a seller to call on my business?

A seller should call on every business in every town and city centre throughout New Zealand during November and early December. If your business is hard to find, or has security or other regulations which will not allow sellers access, please phone Christmas Cookies HQ on 0800 XCOOKIE (0800 9266543) and we will organise for a seller to call and make an appointment to see you.
If you have not seen a seller by November 29, please call Christmas Cookies HQ on 0800 XCOOKIE (0800 9266543) and we will arrange for a seller to see you.

What do I do if I want to change or cancel my order?

Ordered from your local seller?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please phone Christmas Cookies HQ on 0800 XCOOKIE (0800 9266543) and we will take your details and pass these on to your seller who will adjust your order if their available stock allows this. Due to the fact that sellers order freshly baked cookies daily from Cookie Time to meet your orders, we are unlikely to be able to adjust your order if you call within two days of your delivery date.

If you have ordered your cookies online we are unable to adjust your order once it has been submitted to us.

How late is too late to send through a fax order?

As long as it is still 4 - 5 days before your due delivery date, you can still place an order for Christmas Cookies. If your delivery date has passed, please phone Christmas Cookies HQ on 0800 XCOOKIE (0800 9266543) and we will contact your Christmas Cookies seller and see if they have any stock available to fill your order.

Can I change my delivery date?

Waiting for your seller to deliver?
Sellers can normally change your delivery date if they are delivering in your area for a period of a couple of days or more. However, they do need 2 - 3 days notice, especially if you want your cookies delivered earlier than planned. Please phone Christmas Cookies HQ on 0800 XCOOKIE (0800 9266543) and we will pass on your request to your seller. The seller will do their best to accommodate you and change your delivery date.

If you have ordered your Christmas Cookies online and been waiting more thans 7 days from within NZ and 10 days from Australia please call 0800 XCOOKIE (0800 9266543) or email: onlinechristmascookies@cookietime.co.nz
Unfortunately it isn't possible to set or alter your delivery date if you have ordered online.

What do I do if my order is wrong?

My seller delivered the wrong order
Please phone Christmas Cookies HQ on 0800 XCOOKIE (0800 9266543) as soon as possible and we will contact your seller and ask them to return and sort out your problem immediately. If they have already left your area, we will ask the seller to call you and arrange a time to come in and correct your order.
My online order arrived and it was incorrect

My cookies have been delivered but now I want more, is the possible?

If your local Christmas Cookies seller has spare stock we can send them back to visit you. Please call Christmas Cookies HQ on 0800 XCOOKIE (0800 9266543) and we will pass on your order.

What time on my delivery day will the seller bring my cookies?
| |
Each day during the delivery period, sellers deliver between 8.30am and 5.00pm. It is not possible to give you an exact time as each day the sellers can have as many as 400 buckets to deliver. Please be patient, the delivery period is a very busy time for the sellers. If you have your money ready to go when they arrive, this will make the process much faster and the seller will get around their deliveries much quicker.
If you haven't seen your Christmas Cookies seller by 4pm on your scheduled delivery day please call Christmas Cookies HQ on 0800 XCOOKIE (0800 9266543) and we can update you on when your delivery will be.

My cookies weren't delivered on the day I was told, what happened?

Sometimes sellers get behind with their deliveries. There are various reasons why this happens (eg. broken down car, delay with customers, etc.) but we do try to avoid this. If this happens, please phone Christmas Cookies HQ on 0800 XCOOKIE (0800 9266543) and let us know where you are and who your seller is. We will then be able to find out why they are running behind schedule and give you an indication as to when you can expect your delivery.
