We are on the hunt for a Production Machine Operator.

This role will require you to be a key player in the day to day running of our Bakery. With a can do attitude, an eye for detail, open mind and a ‘can do’ attitude being essential. 

You will be Responsible for supporting the Area Leaders to ensure the team and the machinery are operating effectively and according to the company practises and procedures.  A hands on approach and an absolute commitment to continuous improvement to safety procedures within the Bakery is imperative.

You will work closely with the Team Leaders, Area Leaders and Bakery / Packing Operators and be able to perform any tasks within their area to ensure the production is efficiently executed on a daily basis. With confidence to let Key metrics & data to drive your decision making to achieve operational excellence and maintain the highest quality.

Key skills and attributes

• Leadership & Staff Management
• Mechanical aptitude
• 1-3 years or greater experience in similar machine operator role
• Exceptional Communication
• Confidence with Excel
