Munchers Club Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. Who Can Join the Fun?

1.1. All independent dairies are welcome to join the Munchers Club!

1.2. To sign up, just have a chat with your friendly local Cookie Time Franchisee and fill

out our easy online form. No geographic restrictions—everyone’s invited!

2. How to Munch Your Way to Rewards

2.1. Earn awesome rewards by hitting your Moving Annual Total (MAT) targets. Here’s

what you can munch your way to:

  • $5,000: A bold and eye-catching Sidewalk Sign to attract every cookie lover passing by!
  • $6,000: A colourful and practical Countertop Mat—the perfect spot for showcasing your delicious Cookie Time treats!
  • $7,000: A captivating Welcome Mat that says, “Come on in and enjoy some Cookie Time goodness!”
  • $9,000: A stylish and fun Cookie Time Clock to keep you and your customers on cookie time!
  • $10,000: An impressive Gold Member Recognition Plaque—a true testament to your cookie-selling prowess!
  • $12,000: A one-of-a-kind custom-designed touchpoint that will make your dairy the talk of the town!
  • $15,000: A prestigious Platinum Member Recognition Plaque to celebrate your elite status in the Cookie Time family!

Extra Goodies:

  •  All members get access to exclusive promotions and special oVers.
  • Reach $10,000 and unlock a 2.5% rebate on all sales (paid quarterly) and a 2.5%donation to a local community group (annually) as decided by yourself and your trusted advisor (Franchisee).
  • Hit $15,000 and those rebates jump to a sweet 4%!

2.2. Rewards (including rebates) are only eligible for purchasing through one site per

member. Owners of multiple sites cannot combine purchases across diVerent

locations to maximize rewards.

3. Caring for Your Cookie Time Treasures

3.1. Display your rewards proudly and for their intended purpose, as guided by your local Franchisee.

3.2. Keep your Cookie Time treasures in tip-top shape! You’re responsible for their upkeep.

3.3. If any branded items are damaged or stolen, Cookie Time might replace them at our discretion. We’re not obliged to, but we just might if you ask nicely!

3.4. Remember, these goodies are on loan from us, and Cookie Time can reclaim them if terms aren’t met.

3.5. Need more goodies? Additional items may be available for purchase if you meet the program terms. Just chat with your local Franchisee! In this case, you would own the asset outright, not on lease.

4. Play by the Cookie Time Rules

4.1. Stick to our brand standards to keep things looking sharp.

4.2. Make sure you pay your bills on time to keep the cookie fun rolling.

4.3. Commit to stocking Cookie Time’s optimal range of products. This carefully selected range will be presented to you by your local Franchisee.

4.4. Follow our recommended pricing strategy to ensure products sell through promptly and keep the Cookies fresh! By joining, you’re committing to implementing this strategy.

4.5. No funny business with the branded items—keep them as they are, no modifications allowed.

4.7. Compliance is key! We reserve the right to withhold rebate payments if your outlet is non-compliant with these terms. Don’t worry—you’ll have ample opportunity to remedy any issues, and compliance will be checked regularly by your Franchisee during visits.

4.6. Benefits and rewards are exclusive to Munchers Club members.

4.7. If you can’t stick to the rules, we might have to part ways. If there is consistent noncompliance with these terms, we reserve the right to terminate membership in Munchers Club.

4.8. If you decide to leave the Munchers Club, we’ll take back all the leased assets.

4.9. Want out? No problem. Just let your Franchisee know, and we’ll handle the rest.

5. Changing the Game

5.1. We might tweak the rewards and tiers now and then, but only to keep things exciting and boost business for our dairy pals.

6. Our Liability (Just in Case)

6.1. Cookie Time isn’t responsible for any mishaps with the branded items.

6.2. By joining, you agree to keep Cookie Time safe from any claims related to the program or the goodies.

7. Our Beloved Cookie Muncher and Brand

7.1. All rights to the Cookie Muncher and our branding belong to Cookie Time.

7.2. No unauthorized use of our trademarks and logos, please!

8. Your Privacy Matters

8.1. We’ll collect some info to make your Munchers Club experience amazing.

8.2. Your data is safe with us and will be used according to our privacy policy and data

protection laws.

9. Got a Problem? Let’s Sort It Out

9.1. Any issues? Let’s chat and resolve things in good faith.

9.2. If we can’t agree, any disputes will be handled by the courts in New Zealand.

 

By joining the Munchers Club, you agree to these terms and conditions. Cookie Timecan update these terms anytime, and we’ll let you know if there are big changes.
