CHRISTMAS COOKIES SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION

 

  1. Eligibility:

    • Open to New Zealand residents only, aged 18 years or older.
    • Employees of Cookie Time Limited (Cookie Time) and related agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

  2. How to Enter:

    • To enter, participants must:
      a) Book a Christmas Cookies Seller via the provided link [https://christmascookies.co.nz/request-visit/]; and
      b) Tag at least one friend in the comments of the promotional post.
      c) Follow @cookietime.nz Instagram profile.
    • Both steps must be completed within the promotional period for the entry to be valid.
    • One entry per person per week.

  3. Promotional Periods:

    • Each weekly giveaway runs from Wednesday 12:00am NZT to the following Tuesday 12:00pm NZT (midday).
    • Four separate weekly prize draws will be held.

  4. Prizes:

    • Week 1 Prize: $500 Prezzy Card
    • Week 2Prize: AirPods Max
    • Week 3 Prize: iPhone 17
    • Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

  5. Winner Selection:

    • One winner will be randomly drawn for each weekly prize.
    • Winners will be contacted via the email provided when booking a seller or via Instagram.
    • If a winner cannot be reached within 72 hours, Cookie Time reserves the right to redraw.

  6. Verification:

    • Cookie Time may request proof of identity, age, and NZ residency before awarding a prize.

  7. General Conditions:

    • Cookie Time reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if necessary.
    • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Cookie Time using their name for reasonable publicity purposes.
    • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

  8. Liability:

    • Cookie Time is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of taking part in this promotion or accepting the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  9. Privacy:

      • Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and may also be used for related promotional and marketing purposes by Cookie Time, in accordance with Cookie Time’s privacy policy.
