Terms & Conditions
These are the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for the Cookie Time Scratch Card Promotion (“Promotion”) run at participating retailer sites in New Zealand.
1. Promoter
The Promotion is run by Cookie Time Limited (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”) 9429039340870 of 789 Main South Road, Templeton, Christchurch 8042.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees, directors and agents of the Promoter, TOP 10 Holiday Parks and Participating Stores, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Promotional Period
The Promotion runs from 13 October 2026, with start and end dates varying by Participating Store, and closes in-market across all Participating Stores by 15 November 2026 (inclusive), or while Scratch & Win card stocks last, whichever comes first, unless extended, suspended or terminated by the Promoter.
The Promotion is available at Participating Stores only. Exact start and end dates may vary by Participating Store.

5. How To Enter
5.1 Purchase any 2 participating Cookie Time Cookies (55g–100g) for $8 in a single transaction at a Participating Store during the Promotional Period to receive one Scratch & Win card from counter staff, while stocks last.
5.2 The Gluten Free range is excluded from this Promotion.
5.3 Scratch the panel on your card to reveal whether you are an instant winner.
5.4 Possible card outcomes are:
- “Sorry, no prize”
- “You’ve won a Free Cookie!”
- “Congrats, Holiday Prize Winner!”
5.5 Free Cookie winners must return their winning card to the Participating Store where the qualifying purchase was made, before that store’s Promotional Period ends.
5.6 Holiday Voucher winners must visit the Top 10 Holiday Winner page and enter the required details, including the winning card serial number.
5.7 A Cookie Time representative will contact verified Holiday Voucher winners regarding redemption.
5.8 Scratch cards are subject to availability and held by store staff. Customers should request a card if they have made a qualifying purchase and have not received one.
5.9 Proof of purchase may be required at any stage.
6. Prizes
The prize pool consists of:
- Free Cookie Time Cookies (55g–100g, excluding Gluten Free range)
- 10 x TOP 10 Holiday Parks vouchers valued at NZ$2,000 each
Total prize pool value: NZ$81,875.
55,000 Scratch & Win cards will be distributed nationally, including:
- 13,750 Free Cookie winning cards
- 10 TOP 10 Holiday Parks Voucher winning cards
Only one card may be issued per qualifying purchase and a maximum of three cards may be issued per person per day.
Original purchase receipts must be retained.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
TOP 10 Holiday Parks vouchers:
- Valid for 3 years from issue date
- Redeemable at participating TOP 10 Holiday Parks nationwide
- Subject to availability and applicable booking terms
- Do not include transport, fuel, flights, meals, spending money, insurance or additional expenses unless otherwise stated
7. Claiming Your Prize
Free Cookie prizes must be redeemed at the Participating Store where the card was issued, before that store’s Promotional Period ends.
Holiday Voucher winners must submit a claim via the Top 10 Holiday Winner page by 14 December 2026.
Winners may be required to provide contact details, proof of purchase and proof of eligibility.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any prize claim.
Tampered, copied, reproduced, altered or invalid cards may be rejected.
Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
8. Winner Notification & Publicity
Holiday Voucher winners will be contacted within 7 business days of submitting a valid claim.
Subject to applicable privacy laws, winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity activities.
A list of major prize winners may be requested by emailing info@cookietime.co.nz within 6 months of end date closure (15 November 2026).
9. Privacy
Personal information collected for prize redemption purposes will be collected, stored, used and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Cookie Time’s Privacy Policy.

Information will only be used for administering the Promotion and providing prizes unless additional consent has been provided.

10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, illegible or altered Scratch & Win cards, retailer fulfilment issues, website failures beyond the Promoter’s control, or losses arising from participation in the Promotion, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
11. Changes To The Promotion
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants, disqualify entrants who breach these Terms and amend, suspend, extend or terminate the Promotion where required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Nothing in this Promotion constitutes gambling requiring a licence under the Gambling Act 2003. Entry requires a genuine qualifying purchase and no payment is made solely for the chance to win.
